8 a.m.:Roads socked in by smoke

Extreme smoke conditions exist on Highway 99 south of Chico and into Oroville.

E-R reporter Roger Aylworth reports visibility on the highway is as low as 100 feet in some places, and smoke is like a very thick fog all the way to the ground in Oroville.
