the beat down...
For those of you who always seem to think our kids are perfectly behaved:
Picture 1: A perfectly fine day of swimming in the backyard hot tub to stay cool.
Picture 2: Sammy after being donkey-kicked off of the deck face first onto the brick after trying to snuggle up with ella on a warm blanket. I am sure he will try to hug his sister again eventually... sisterly love at it's finest.

Oh my gosh! That is quite the battle wound!!! Poor Sammy. Ella has sure gives a fierce "ass" kicking! By the way, her hair is so freaking cute! it looks curlier than it used to be! She is looking more like Angie every day!
